Crow Intelligence Group ("we", "us") builds and operates websites, chat tools, and customer-communication services for local service businesses (each a "Business"). This policy covers information collected through our platform, including client websites we operate, our chat widget, feedback pages, and text message (SMS) programs.

Information we collect

• Contact details you provide — such as your name, phone number, and a description of what you need, when you submit a call-back request, chat with a Business's assistant, or send feedback.
• Usage information — basic, non-identifying analytics about page visits and feature use on the sites we operate.

How we use it

• To connect you with the Business you contacted (your request is delivered to that Business so they can respond).
• To send service-related text messages you have opted into, such as call-back confirmations, appointment-related updates, review requests after a completed job, and a one-time text-back if your call to a Business goes unanswered.
• To operate, secure, and improve the platform.

Text messaging (SMS) disclosures

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
• Message frequency varies; typically 1–3 messages per service interaction. This is not a recurring subscription program.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Sharing

We share your contact details only with the specific Business you chose to contact, and with the service providers we use to operate the platform (for example our hosting, email, and telephony providers), who may process it solely on our behalf. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Retention and security

We keep lead and message records only as long as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize them on a scheduled basis. Data is stored on access-controlled servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Your choices

• Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
• Ask us to delete your contact information by emailing [email protected].
