These terms apply to your use of websites, chat tools, feedback pages, and text message (SMS) programs operated by Crow Intelligence Group ("we", "us") on behalf of local service businesses (each a "Business").

SMS terms of service

• Program description: service-related (customer care) messages, including call-back request confirmations and notifications, appointment-related updates, post-service review requests, and a one-time text-back when your call to a Business goes unanswered.
• Opt-in: you consent by submitting your phone number through a call-back or contact form that displays consent language, or, for the missed-call text-back, by placing a call to the Business's number.
• Message frequency: varies; typically 1–3 messages per service interaction. This is not a recurring marketing program.
• Fees: message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless provider about your text and data plan.
• Opt-out: reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Use of the sites

Content on the sites we operate is provided by each Business for general information. Service descriptions, prices, and availability are set by the Business and may change. Chat assistants answer from information the Business provided and may make mistakes — confirm important details directly with the Business.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the sites or messaging features, including sending unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, attempting to access other users' data, or interfering with the operation of the service.

Disclaimer and liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crow Intelligence Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the sites or messaging programs. Each Business is solely responsible for the services it provides to its customers.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
